Winemaking & Production
Made with a minimalist winemaking approach that lets the fruit and Margaret River's cool-climate character shine. The grapes are carefully pressed, then fermented in a combination of stainless steel and older French oak barrels.
The wine is aged on its lees for several months to build richness and texture, before being bottled with minimal intervention to preserve its freshness and vibrancy.
