Winemaking & Production
Machine-harvested grapes are crushed and de-stemmed before fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is regularly pumped over to extract colour, flavour and tannins, then pressed and matured in French oak for up to 12 months, with malolactic fermentation before bottling.
