Job Summary
The Flying Winemaker is looking for a independent and self-starting individual to open up new distribution channels across Queensland and New South Wales. This challenge is perfect for an well-organised individual who has experience in business management, sales, marketing and customer service for liquor brands.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:
- On and off trade sales in major cities and holiday destinations across Queensland and New South Wales
- Building and managing a dynamic, high-energy sales and administration team
- Delivering a quarterly sales plan linked to forecasts and budgets
- Establishing meaningful business relationships with major hospitality groups, retailers and corporate customers
- Hubspot CRM system management and collection of trade customer data
- Account receivables management
- Distribution and logistics
- Customer service
- Above and Below The Line Marketing investment planning and execution

Requirements:
- Based in Brisbane or Sydney
- Min. 5 years experience in sales and marketing management positions
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Qualified job references from previous employers
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA)
- Wine business experience is an advantage, not mandatory
- Computer software knowledge - MS Office, Adobe, Canva
- Interest in wine, food, hospitality and business management
- Excellent communication skills, well presented and personable
- Car and valid driver’s license is an advantage, not mandatory
- Interstate travel
