Tasting Notes:
Aromas of white flowers, pears and white peaches. A very approachable and gentle expression on the palate. Wonderfully refreshing with balanced flavours of pure orchard fruits and a mineral undertone. Pair with Sichuan cuisine & Hot Pot.
Winemaker's Notes:
Crafted to complement the interactive excitement of hot pot and the vibrant spice of Sichuan cuisine, Málà Sparkling is more than just a drink, it is a flavour adventure! Imagine the tingling warmth of Sichuan peppercorns dancing on your tongue only to be complimented by Málà’s crisp and refreshing bubbles? The result leaves you with the incredible sensation of fire and ice for the ultimate taste explosion!. - Eddie McDougall
